The Tuinkamer (Garden Room) is a small hotel, situated on the outskirts of Ruurlo, a small town in the heart of the ‘Achterhoek’ (literally ‘Back Corner’), an area of outstanding beauty in the Netherlands. The hotel has 9 rooms: 6 spacious deluxe rooms and 3 smaller, beautifully cared-for standard rooms.
Amenities: shower, toilet, telephone, television, clock radio, hair dryer.
Additonal amenties in deluxe rooms: sitting area, large bathroom with bath and separate shower, together with bathrobes.
Our restaurant, where you can dine all year round “in the garden”, is
included in all leading guides and since 2005 has been awarded a Bib Gourmand
by Michelin, a sign indicating excellent food at moderate prices.
The rustically furnished bar is located in the old part of the farm building.
There are numerous cycling, walking and equestrian routes spread out nearby. 2
km away you will find the beautiful ‘t Zelle 18-hole Golf Course (see our
golfing arrangements)
We have a covered bicycle shed where you can park your
bike. We also have bicycles for hire. The rental price is € 8.00 per bike, per
day. Should you bring an electric bike or mobility scooter with you, you can
recharge it in the bicycle shed.

The Tuinkamer is open from Tuesday till and inclusive Sunday.
From 15th September till 1st May we are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
